Port Rashid Marina

This is a new construction project in a direct seafront location close to Dubai Downtown. The former cargo port of Port Rashid is being converted into a luxurious marina.
A community with promenades and restaurants is being created here in a prime location in Dubai. Industrial freight traffic has been rerouted since 2018 and now heads for the port of Jebel Ali.
Pot Rashid has been dormant ever since and will now shine in new splendor.
Here you can expect strong increases in value, completion of the entire complex is 2027.
